Projects, production & quality
Projects move through standard phases from feasibility to financial close, and production really consumes stock, with quality control and a closed non-conformance loop to ISO 9001.

Projects and tasks
For engineering and contracting companies the project is the heart of the work. ARG ERP takes each project from negotiation to handover with standard phases, budget, risk, meetings, team dispatch and daily tasks. “Project intelligence” shows the projects at risk before it is too late.

The project record
Each project has a complete record: customer, client, members and roles, budget, phases, milestones, costs, risks, change requests, equipment, dispatches, meetings and documents. Projects can be viewed as cards or a list, updated in bulk and archived after handover.

Twelve standard phases
Every project starts with twelve standard phases drawn from the experience of industrial projects in Iran: from feasibility and the initial site visit, order registration and the engineering meeting, through purchasing, production, quality control, training and commissioning, installation and dispatch, to recording costs and financial close. Phase durations are scaled automatically to the project’s duration and custom phases can be added. Progress is gated: when a phase is completed, the next phase activates automatically and the project’s progress percentage updates.
Controlling time, cost and risk
Planned-versus-actual Gantt
The schedule of phases and payment milestones in the project record.
Cost and schedule variance
Budget minus recorded cost, and schedule variance in days from comparing planned and actual progress.
5×5 risk matrix
Risks with probability and impact, and system alerts turned into recorded risks.
Change requests
Each change is recorded and approved with its effect on time and cost.
Kick-off and close-out meetings
Kick-off meeting, close-out meeting, minutes and periodic progress reports.
Installation dispatch
Team dispatch with three signatures, equipment records and site issues.
Project health score
The system builds a health score for each project and shows signals in Persian such as “behind schedule” or “budget running out”. When a project’s data is incomplete the score is capped, so no misleading picture is formed. Each signal can be turned into a recorded risk with one click.
Tasks: the unit of daily work
Each task has an owner, an assignee, weighted steps, priority, due date and an approval cycle. Tasks are also created from meetings, processes, projects and virtual employees. Every morning at 8 the daily audit lists overdue and unowned tasks and sends a summary to managers.

Production and quality assurance
Production starts from the bill of materials and ends in the warehouse and the books. A work order really takes materials out of stock, returns the product to stock at full cost and creates its accounting voucher. Quality control happens on the same path, with a closed loop of non-conformance and corrective action to ISO 9001.
Production work orders
A work order has ten statuses and only permitted transitions between them are accepted. On release, the material list is created from the active bill of materials. Material consumption is recorded as a real issue from stock, and the finished product enters stock at weighted average cost with its serial and batch number.

Work order quality control
A work order has a quality-control stage, and a rejection there automatically opens a non-conformance report linked to that work order.
Quality assurance to ISO 9001
Document control
Procedures, instructions, forms and policies in eight document types, with version and approval status.
Internal audit
Six audit types, from internal to supplier and surveillance audits, with findings.
Non-conformance
Customer complaints, supplier discrepancies or internal errors recorded with severity and source.
Corrective and preventive action
A closed loop: non-conformance, corrective action, effectiveness check and automatic closure.
