Why ARG ERP

1 · Persian and Iranian from the start
The interface was designed right-to-left from the ground up, not translated. All dates are in the Persian (Solar Hijri) calendar, and the fiscal year, payroll periods, letter register and document numbering all follow it. Payroll with Iran’s progressive tax and social insurance, and the VAT report, come straight out of the system.
2 · Real integration
A quote takes its prices from the item catalogue, shipping an order takes the goods out of stock, and the invoice creates the customer’s receivable. In production, materials are deducted from stock and the product returns to the warehouse at its full cost. One dataset, no re-entry.
3 · Virtual AI employees
Fourteen virtual colleagues with names and positions, from the CEO’s secretary to a sales specialist and a data analyst. They read the organisation’s data, build Excel and Word reports, create tasks and reminders and send messages, each with the permissions the organisation grants it.
4 · Built on positions, not people
The organisation is defined by positions and job descriptions. Each person’s access and menu come from their position; when people move, you give them the new position and nothing has to be reconfigured.
5 · ISO 9001 inside daily work
Document control, internal audit, non-conformance and corrective action sit next to the very work orders, projects and purchases being audited. Audit evidence is collected from real work.
6 · Nothing is forgotten
A reminder engine on the Persian calendar, a daily task audit and morning digest, automatic escalation of letter deadlines, and notifications in the browser, by SMS and on Telegram.
7 · Several companies in one system
Each company or branch has its own fully separated data, and a user who belongs to several organisations switches between them with one account. Suited to company groups and holdings.
8 · Cloud or on your own server
The system can run on ARG’s servers or on the organisation’s own server. Data stays in the country and under the organisation’s control, and users only need a browser.
